Breakfast Luxuries

When I’m at home for a month over our winter break, I, like many other college students, take advantage of being able to indulge in some kinds of food that I wouldn’t normally have on a daily basis while at school. Being home also often means having more of a brunch than a lunch, which for me, usually means eating eggs. The ordinary “fried egg and shredded cheese on an English muffin” got upgraded with some creamy garlic & herb boursin on fresh wheat bread. And if that wasn’t enough cheese, how could I say no to brie and raspberry jam on Triscuits?
