Pasta with Tomato Sauce

A simple variation of pasta can always be turned colorful and healthy with a few veggies. After boiling some organic linguini and cooking some spinach leaves, chopped bell peppers, and mushrooms in olive oil, all that was left was some store bought tomato sauce (try tomato basil, as it doesn’t take away from the flavors in the veggies). Mix in some salt and black pepper and topped with oregano.
